Scouting Report
Assets
A strong player both at the plate and on the field, he hits to the opposite field well and can either turn on a pitch and drive it or simply make contact for a single. He possesses a very quick bat. Good range, soft hands, and great instincts.
Flaws
Alfonzo has a knack for hitting too many lazy fly balls. He doesn't have great speed, but that hasn't hurt him too much. He's got to keep his conditioning up to keep the injuries down.
Career potential
Just not the all-star he once was, but solid nonetheless.
